Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Haq Fragrances, we ensure that every product is thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Please review the details below carefully.

1. No Returns

All purchases made from Al Haq Fragrances are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all products without exception.

2. Exchange Eligibility (Damaged During Transit Only)

An exchange will be considered only if the product is damaged during transit.

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The damage must be clearly visible and attributable to shipping or courier handling.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Requests that do not meet all the above conditions will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, unboxing video, and clear images of the damaged item.

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, Al Haq Fragrances reserves the right to provide an alternative resolution at its discretion.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Fragrance preference or personal dissatisfaction.

  • Minor outer packaging damage that does not affect the product.

  • Damage caused after delivery.

  • Missing or edited unboxing video.

  • Reports made after 24 hours of delivery.

5. Final Authority

Al Haq Fragrances reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request after verification. All decisions made by the company shall be final and binding.
