  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across GCC.

  • Orders are delivered through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Dubai | Sharjah | AbuDhabi: 2–3 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Al Haq Fragrances is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to origin. In such cases, re-shipping costs, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • In case the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Any claims raised without proper evidence or outside the specified timeframe may not be entertained.

9. Delays Beyond Control

Al Haq Fragrances shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
